Jason Steinert

Jason Steinert is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at New York University (NYU), affiliated with the College of Arts & Science. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Fairfield University (2001), an M.S.W. in Social Work from NYU (2003), and an M.S. (2011) and Ph.D. (2015) in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Florida International University.

His research focuses on leadership development and organizational health psychology, intersecting with talent management, executive coaching, and behavioral change management. With extensive industry experience in consulting, he has worked across government, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and financial services sectors, specializing in leadership development, organizational development, and talent acquisition.
