Ben Dattner is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychology at New York University's College of Arts & Science. He holds a BA in Psychology from Harvard College and MA/PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from NYU, where he was a MacCracken Fellow. His research focuses on workplace psychology, including narcissism's impact on fairness, trust in negotiations, and organizational dynamics. Dattner founded Dattner Consulting in 2000, providing executive coaching, team-building, and organizational effectiveness services to corporate and non-profit clients. He previously served as Director of Human Resources at Blink.com and worked at Republic National Bank of New York.
