Jason Palmer is the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor of Law at Stetson University College of Law. He holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from George Washington University Law School. His research focuses on international law, legal writing pedagogy, mass claims processes, LGBTQ+ legal rights, and constitutional law. Professor Palmer has authored numerous articles and books, including Reparations in Domestic and International Mass Claims Processes (2023) and Emotional Intelligence and Homophobia (2019). He currently chairs the AALS Professional Development Committee and serves on the Legal Writing Institute’s board. His recent work explores separation of powers in transnational litigation and advocacy against systemic discrimination.
