Professor Jason Harris holds the position of Professor of Corporate Law and Director of the Ross Parsons Centre of Commercial, Corporate and Taxation Law at the University of Sydney Law School. He specializes in corporate law, insolvency law, and commercial law, with a focus on financially distressed companies, debt restructuring, and corporate governance. His research is highly cited in Australian courts and policy circles.
