Jason Eriksen

Jason Eriksen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacological and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. He serves as Assistant Dean for Graduate Programs and is an Affiliate Member of the UH Center for Nuclear Receptors.

Education:

• B.S. in Biology and English, Wake Forest University
• Ph.D. in Neuroscience, Loyola University Chicago
• Postdoctoral Fellowship, Mayo Clinic

Dr. Eriksen's research focuses on Alzheimer's disease and dementia, investigating mechanisms of neurodegeneration and translational approaches for early detection and treatment. His work spans molecular neuroscience, amyloid plaque imaging, and therapeutic development.
