Jason Dungee is an Assistant Professor of Music and Director of Choral Activities at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. His roles include teaching, conducting, and music education. He holds degrees from the University of Arizona, Westminster Choir College, and Hampton University. Dr. Dungee has extensive experience in choral direction, including leadership roles in South Carolina and Florida, as well as high school teaching in Virginia. He has conducted notable performances, such as the HBCU Tribute Choir for the Southern Division American Choral Directors Association Conference and sold-out shows with the Charleston Gospel Choir. His work extends to popular culture through collaborations with HBO's The Game of Thrones Live Experience and the London Symphony Orchestra.
