Jason Cyster is a Professor at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) whose research focuses on intercellular communication and cell migration dynamics in anti-pathogen and anti-tumor immune responses. His lab is renowned for defining lymphoid microenvironment organization to support adaptive immunity, including the discovery of lymphoid tissue chemokines and the role of sphingosine-1-phosphate in immune cell egress.
