Jasmina Dlačić is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Rural Development (EFRI), University of Rijeka. She specializes in marketing education and research, contributing to undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs in Marketing, Business Economics, and Public Sector Management. Her teaching spans courses such as Consumer Behavior, B2B Marketing, International Marketing, and Strategic Marketing Management.
Her research interests focus on marketing strategies, cross-cultural consumer behavior, non-profit marketing dynamics, and the application of quantitative methods in marketing analysis. She has designed and led courses addressing contemporary challenges in global marketing, digital transformation of marketing practices, and sustainable value creation in both commercial and non-profit sectors.
Professor Dlačić is actively involved in academic governance at EFRI, contributing to curriculum development and internationalization efforts. She collaborates with experts in multi-criteria decision analysis, neural networks, and structural equation modeling to advance marketing research methodologies. Her work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications in both private and public sector marketing challenges.
