Jasmin Manseau is a Lecturer at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa. He holds a B.Eng. from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Ottawa. His research focuses on emerging AI technologies, including natural language processing and intelligent assistants, and their implications for workplace digitalization and organizational strategies.
