Jarosław Olesiak is a Lecturer at the Department of Financial Law within the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. He has been employed at his alma mater since 2011, initially as an assistant lecturer in the Department of Financial Law, Tax and Budget Law Section. His academic career is deeply rooted at the University of Lodz, where he completed his law degree in 2009 and subsequently joined the doctoral program at the Department of Financial Law.
Olesiak's educational background demonstrates a strong commitment to his field, having graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz in 2009 before pursuing doctoral studies at the same institution. He has participated in a study visit to the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation in Amsterdam and was a scholarship holder within the EU-funded project 'Education of personnel for the needs of the flexicurity market and knowledge-based economy.'
His research interests encompass the general theory of public levies, constitutional standards of substantive and formal financial law, tax liability, and banking law.
