Janice Winch

Dr. Janice Winch is Associate Professor and Director of Business Analytics Program in the Department of Management and Management Science at Pace University's Lubin School of Business. She teaches courses in business analytics, simulation, predictive analytics, optimization models, operations management, and supply chain management.

Her research integrates predictive analytics and optimization techniques to improve organizational decision-making. She has published in Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, International Journal of Production Research, and INFORMS Transactions on Education. She co-teaches the Analytics Boot Camp and advises student teams in analytics competitions.
