Janice Klein is a Senior Lecturer in Organizational Change at the MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in leadership development and organizational transformation. She teaches in the Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) and System Design and Management (SDM) programs, emphasizing global team dynamics and virtual collaboration. Her research focuses on knowledge transfer, high-performance teams, and aligning operational strategies with human resource practices.
