Dr. Janella Moy is an Associate Professor of English and Coordinator of the English Department at Kentucky Wesleyan College. She also serves as Director of the Honors Program. Specializing in 20th Century American Literature with emphasis on feminist writing and spirituality, she has taught college writing and literature courses for 17 years.

Research Interests focus on intersections between literature, medicine, and spirituality. Her work explores therapeutic journaling, feminist identity formation, and spiritual dimensions in American authors like Marilynne Robinson. She bridges medical humanities with traditional literary analysis through bibliotherapy and scriptotherapy.
