Janek Kraavi is a Lecturer in Estonian literature at the University of Tartu and has held this position since the autumn semester of 2006. He also serves as a lecturer in literature and cultural history at Viljandi Cultural College since 1998. Currently pursuing doctoral studies at the University of Tartu, he holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Estonian literature from the same institution. His research focuses on 19th-century cultural and literary life, contemporary Estonian literature, and postmodernist cultural theory.
