Jane R. Barrow is a full-time Lecturer on Oral Health Policy and Epidemiology at Harvard University, affiliated with the Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM) and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She serves as Executive Director of HSDM’s Initiative to Integrate Oral Health and Medicine and Director for Global and Community Health, leading efforts in education, research, and clinical services to strengthen health systems and reduce non-communicable diseases with shared risk factors.
- Graduate of Harvard College and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (MS in Health Policy and Management)
Her research focuses on integrating oral health into primary care, inter-professional workforce development, and global oral public health. She has received multiple institutional awards for leadership and service, including the 2019 Joseph B. Martin Dean’s Leadership Award and the 2022 Daniel D. Federman Staff Award.
