Jane Oderberg

Jane Oderberg is an Instructor in the Department of Internal Medicine & Geriatrics at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. With 26 years of experience in geriatric social work and 11 years in oncology social work, she specializes in aging-related care, mental health support for the elderly, and dementia-specific interventions. She has facilitated numerous support groups for families of aging relatives and spoken extensively on aging-related topics. Her professional affiliations include memberships in the National Association of Social Workers and Tarrant Area Gerontological Society (founding member), alongside board roles in Continuity of Care and Coalition for Quality End of Life Care.
