Professor Jane K Winn is a faculty member at the University of Washington and holds the role of Senior Fellow at the Melbourne Law Masters program. She specializes in comparative and commercial law, focusing on the impact of globalization and innovation on national legal systems. Her academic background includes degrees from Queen Mary College, University of London, and Harvard Law School.
Her research has been supported by two Fulbright grants for studies in China and Taiwan. She has held visiting appointments at institutions including the University of California-Berkeley, Peking University, Tsinghua University, and Monash University. In 2024, she taught the course 'Regulation of FinTech' as part of the Melbourne Law Masters program.
