Irene Calboli

Irene Calboli is a Regents Professor of Law at Texas A&M University and holds a Senior Fellow position at the Melbourne Law Masters (University of Melbourne). She also serves as an Academic Fellow at the University of Geneva. Her academic affiliations include honorary and visiting roles at SciencesPo Paris, Singapore University of Social Sciences, National Law School Delhi, Bocconi University, and Stanford University.

Her expertise spans intellectual property law, international trade, and comparative law. She advises governments and international organizations such as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), World Trade Organization (WTO), and the European Union. She has held prestigious appointments like the Fulbright-Hanken Distinguished Chair in Finland (2022) and Fulbright Specialist Scholar in Cambodia (2018).

Calboli is a member of the editorial boards of leading journals, including the Oxford Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Practice and the Queen Mary Journal of Intellectual Property. She actively contributes to professional associations, including the American Law Institute and European Law Institute.
