Dr. Hop Dang is a Senior Fellow at the Melbourne Law School's Melbourne Law Masters program, specializing in international commercial arbitration and cross-border legal issues. Based in Hanoi, Vietnam, he previously served as a partner at Allens, advising on infrastructure projects and arbitration. He contributed to drafting Vietnam's 2010 Law on Commercial Arbitration and has arbitrated cases at institutions like the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and ICC. An experienced educator, he has taught at law schools in Vietnam, Singapore, Japan, Australia, and China.
