Jane E. Miller, Ph.D., is a Professor at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. She previously held a Research Professor position at the Rutgers Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research. Her expertise spans quantitative reasoning, health services research, and child health policy, with a focus on healthcare access and socioeconomic disparities. Miller has authored influential books such as Making Sense of Numbers and The Chicago Guide to Writing about Numbers, emphasizing clear communication of quantitative research.
