Will Irving is an Associate Professor of Practice at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University. He rejoined the school in Fall 2023 after working for three years as an economic policy and revenue analyst at the New Jersey Treasury. Previously, he held roles as a project manager at the Bloustein School and served as Associate Director of the Rutgers Economic Advisory Service (R/ECON), managing its quarterly economic forecasts. His current work continues through the New Jersey State Policy Lab.
