Hal Salzman is a Professor of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University's Edward J. Bloustein School and Senior Faculty Fellow at the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development. He specializes in science/engineering labor markets, globalization of innovation, and Arctic community sustainability. His research is funded by NSF and Sloan Foundation.
