Jane Anderson is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Nursing at the University of Huddersfield, within the School of Human and Health Sciences. Her research focuses on mental health, head and neck cancer, suicide risk assessment, and quality of life. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing and a Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice from the University of Leeds.
Her work addresses psychological trauma from maxillofacial injuries and suicide risk mitigation in cancer patients. Recent publications include developing suicide risk assessment protocols and exploring spirituality’s role in substance use treatment. She actively collaborates with international colleagues and presents at conferences on advanced clinical practice and mental health interventions.
