Jane Al Kouba

Jane Al Kouba is Lecturer in Immunology at University of Wollongong's School of Chemistry and Molecular Biosciences. Her research examines pollen allergen exposure using metabarcoding techniques and develops immunotherapeutic approaches for allergic diseases.

Current projects analyze aerobiological patterns of grass and tree pollen in Australian environments while investigating immune modulation through allergen-encoding strategies. Her work combines molecular immunology with environmental monitoring to address allergic sensitization.

Al Kouba coordinates physiology courses and previously developed curriculum as Lecturer at Macquarie University. Her research advances pollen identification methods and translational immunology for respiratory conditions.
