Jana Raver is the E. Marie Shantz Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Smith School of Business, Queen’s University, with a cross-appointment to the Department of Psychology. Her research focuses on interpersonal relations and team dynamics, particularly how employees build high-performance teams versus undermining behaviors like harassment. She holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland.
