Jan Gay

Jan Gay is a current adjunct instructor in the Department of Counselor Education at St. Bonaventure University's School of Education. She will transition to a full-time visiting assistant professor role in May 2022. Her academic focus includes multicultural counseling and diversity in counseling practices.

Recognized for her outstanding academic record in multicultural counseling, Gay received the 2022 Courtland C. Lee Multicultural Excellence Scholarship Award from the American Counseling Association. This award highlights her commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion in counseling education.
