Jamie Faro

Dr. Jamie Faro is Assistant Professor at UMass Chan Medical School specializing in implementation science and behavioral interventions for cancer survivors.

Her NIH/NHLBI-funded K01 project develops clinic-based programs to increase physical activity through electronic referrals and decision aids. Research examines digital health implementation and health equity in survivorship care.

Current projects integrate patient preferences with healthcare systems to reduce cardiovascular risk in vulnerable populations. Leads studies on technology-assisted weight management and smoking cessation interventions.
