Jamie Ellingford

Dr. Jamie Ellingford is a Research Fellow at the Division of Evolution, Infection and Genomics, University of Manchester, based at the Manchester Centre for Genomic Medicine within the North West Genomic Laboratory Hub. His work focuses on genomics, transcriptomics, and computational biology to study genetic diseases, including rare genomic disorders and cancer. He leads a team comprising PhD students and clinical fellows, contributing to projects like the Oxford Nanopore PromethION initiative.
