Jamie Darin Prenkert serves as the 13th Dean of the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management since July 2023, leading an institution with 5,000 students, 400+ faculty/staff, and 60,000 alumni across 100+ countries. He concurrently holds the Investors in Leadership Distinguished Chair position.

Prenkert's research critically examines employment discrimination frameworks and transnational corporate human rights obligations. His scholarly output spans top-tier law journals including the North Carolina Law Review and American Business Law Journal, alongside co-editing Law, Business and Human Rights: Bridging the Gap and authoring the 18th Edition of Business Law: The Global, Ethical, and Digital Environment.
