James Nagy is a full Professor in the Department of Physiology & Pathophysiology at the Max Rady College of Medicine, University of Manitoba. His research focuses on gap junctions and electrical synapses in the central nervous system, with affiliations to the Spinal Cord Research Center and Division of Neuroscience. He works on molecular regulation of connexin36 and synaptic transmission.
