James Jabbour is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Science and Mathematics at Curry College's School of Business and Technology. He joined the faculty in fall 2018 after serving as Chair of the Forensic Science Program and Training Center at Mount Ida College until its closure in May 2018. With over 18 years of experience in higher education, he specializes in forensic sciences, criminal investigations, and emergency management practices.

Research Interests: Professor Jabbour focuses on crime scene reconstruction, blood spatter recognition, and interview and interrogation practices. His expertise bridges forensic science with real-world criminal investigation methodologies, informed by his 30-year law enforcement background in the Air Force, Connecticut State Police, and Chief State’s Attorney’s Office.
Professional Recognition: He serves as an Education Commissioner with the American College of Forensic Examiners and has consulted on forensic content for television productions including Discovery Channel episodes, Snapped, and Global Media Comm.
