James Bennighof, PhD is a Professor of Music Theory at the School of Music, Baylor University. He has been a faculty member since 1984 and has held administrative roles including Director of the Academic Studies Division and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the School of Music, as well as Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs at Baylor University.
