- Education: PhD in Earth Sciences (University of Exeter, 2018), MGeol (University of Southampton, 2008)
Research Interests:
- Using isotopic (δ13C, δ18O, δ11B) and trace element (Mg/Ca, B/Ca) proxies to study Earth's climate and carbon cycle evolution
- Focus on Late Cretaceous (Maastrichtian) and early Paleogene (Paleocene-Eocene) climate change
- Orbital-resolution trace element records from deep-ocean sediment cores (Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, Southern oceans)
Scientific Contributions:
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed articles on topics like Eocene climate, ocean acidification, and Siberian Platform geology
- Active in collaborative projects analyzing hyperthermal events and Paleogene climate transitions
