Jama A. Reagan is a Principal Senior Lecturer in Piano and Area Chair of Academy Piano at Vanderbilt University's Blair School of Music. She has also served as Coordinator of Precollege Scholarships, demonstrating her commitment to education and student development.

Her students have achieved top prizes in regional competitions such as the Curb Concerto Competition, TMTA competitions, and Clavierfest, and have gained admission to prestigious conservatories like Oberlin College, Cincinnati Conservatory, and Indiana University. Reagan has also mentored students at major summer festivals including Aspen and Brevard Music Festivals.
