Jaehoon Jung

Jaehoon Jung is a Researcher and guest researcher at the University of Bonn's Photogrammetry department under the Institute of Geodesy and Geoinformation (IGG). He holds a PhD in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Yonsei University (2014) and previously served as a researcher there. His work focuses on automating 3D as-built modeling using LiDAR and 3D scanning data, with emphasis on BIM, SLAM, and remote sensing for biomass estimation. He has also explored solar energy potential in agricultural and highway environments.
