Jade Hodges

Jade Hodges is a Researcher affiliated with Queen Mary University of London, based in the Unit for Psychological Medicine within the Wolfson Institute of Population Health's Centre for Psychiatry and Mental Health. She currently works on the Co-RISE study, focusing on improving patient and public involvement (PPI) engagement among young people from diverse backgrounds.

Education includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Surrey (dissertation on factors influencing young women’s self-esteem) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Low Intensity Psychological Interventions (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy-based).

Her research interests span health psychology, mental health treatment for individuals with long-term conditions (LTC), behavioral change, resilience, neurodiversity, and addressing mental health disparities in underrepresented groups. She also holds a leadership role as LTC Lead in a talking therapies service, collaborating with external organizations to enhance clinical practice and care pathways.
