Jacques Barrette is a Professor at the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa, where he has held his position since 1989. His academic and professional background bridges industrial-organizational psychology, human resource management, and organizational behavior. Prior to his academic career, he accumulated over 14 years of practical experience in human resource management within public and private sectors, including roles at Québec-Téléphone, Laurentian Bank, and federal/provincial governments.
