Jacqueline Stillisano

Jacqueline Stillisano is a Research Scientist in the Department of Teaching, Learning & Culture at Texas A&M University, specializing in educational research with a focus on curriculum development, program evaluation, and college access initiatives. She holds a PhD and has extensive experience in interdisciplinary projects involving STEM education, multicultural education, and teacher professional development.

Her research emphasizes evaluating educational programs in diverse contexts, including the International Baccalaureate (IB) program, college readiness initiatives, and STEM teacher preparation. She has advised three doctoral students and taught courses such as Grant Writing for Professional Development and Curriculum Development.

Dr. Stillisano has led or contributed to over 50 research projects funded by federal agencies (NSF, NIH, USDA), state institutions, and private organizations. Notable projects include the BioSTAR Scholars Program (NSF), Health Informatics for Underserved Populations (NIH), and evaluations of Texas' GO Centers and Teacher Preparation Academies.
