Dr. Jacqueline Rappoport is a non-clinical Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London, affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry and the Blizard Institute. She teaches on clinical MSc programs including Trauma Sciences, Emergency and Resuscitation Medicine, and Paediatric Trauma Sciences. Prior to academia, Jack had a 20-year career in forensic mental health and child protection, focusing on trauma recovery for individuals with complex trauma (C-PTSD/PTSD). She employs pluralistic counselling approaches, integrating Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
