Jacqueline Nightingale is a PhD researcher and part-time tutor at the University of Southampton Law School, where she examines ocean governance frameworks through interdisciplinary lenses. She concurrently serves as Senior Policy Associate at Public Policy Southampton, leading initiatives like Greenprint and SARTRAC.
