Jacqueline Ng is an Associate Professor in the Department of Languages, Literatures and Linguistics at York University, where she also directs the ESL Open Learning Center. Her research examines second language education with focus areas in technology-enhanced learning, cultural identity in language acquisition, and multiliteracies pedagogy. She holds a PhD in Second Language Education from the University of Toronto.
Her publications demonstrate consistent focus on innovative language teaching methods, particularly exploring translingual approaches and digital storytelling to enhance student engagement and identity formation in multilingual contexts.
