Jacqueline Meredith

Dr. Jacqueline Meredith is a Lecturer in Law at Swinburne Law School, part of the School of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship at Swinburne University of Technology. She specializes in employment/labour law, work health and safety law, tort law, privacy law, and medical law/ethics. Her research examines the boundaries between work and private life in legal contexts, with a focus on statutory frameworks and human rights implications.
