Jacqueline Callery is an Associate Professor and Program Chair of the MS in Business Data Analytics (MSBDA) at National Louis University's Graduate School of Business and Leadership. She holds an Ed.D. from National Louis University, an MBA from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and a BS from Illinois Institute of Technology.
Her expertise spans Marketing, Management, Leadership, and Data Analytics, with a focus on higher education leadership and organizational culture. She designs transformative experiential learning programs for undergraduate and graduate students, emphasizing critical thinking and technology-driven teaching methods. Her work includes curriculum development, formative/summative assessments, and strategic planning.
Callery has served as a Data Analytics Instructor at Year Up Chicago and contributes to the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at Harold Washington College. As Managing Director and Owner of ETL Collaborative, she provides customized training for small businesses and academic institutions. She actively volunteers in community development, serving on the Quad Community Development Corporation Board of Directors, where she engages in grant writing and strategic planning.
