Jacque Eidson is a Lecturer at the University of Kansas (KU), focusing on Financial Management within the workplace skills core curriculum. She holds a BS in Accounting, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology. With over 25 years of experience in strategy development, fiscal management, and higher education, she currently serves as Director of the National Higher Education Benchmarking Institute. Previously, she worked with the University of Missouri’s Business Development Program and contributed to nonprofits as a Board Director. Her research explores gender dynamics, workforce reentry for mothers, mentorship impacts, and ESG performance in financial services.
