Jacob Rubæk Holm is an Associate Professor at Aalborg University Business School within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. His research focuses on the intersection of technological innovation, labor markets, and regional development, particularly in AI, automation, and green technologies. He emphasizes how these forces impact skills, work organization, and economic outcomes. Holm is affiliated with initiatives like the IKE Group (AI for the People) and leads projects such as Nordic AI-BEST, exploring AI in teaching and business economics.
