Pernille Gjerløv-Juel is an Associate Professor in Economics, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship at Aalborg University Business School, affiliated with the IKE-group (Industrial Dynamics, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship). She specializes in quantitative analyses of employee mobility, entrepreneurship, and organizational change using Danish register data. Recent research focuses on founder characteristics' impact on firm performance, post-exit labor mobility, and gender inequality in labor markets.
