Jacob Meyer is an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s School of Education. He holds a PhD in Kinesiology from UW-Madison (2015) and a BA in Exercise Science with Neuroscience from St. Olaf College (2008). His research focuses on the role of exercise in mental health, particularly depression and anxiety, with emphasis on sedentary behavior epidemiology and intervention strategies.
