Jaclyn Kelly is a Director at the New York City Labor Market Information Service (LMIS) within the Center for Urban Research at The Graduate Center, CUNY. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member at City College and Long Island University, Brooklyn, teaching undergraduate and graduate-level courses in research methods, program evaluation, public policy, and statistical analysis.
- Education: Ed.M. in Measurement and Evaluation (Columbia University), BS in Psychology (Carnegie Mellon University), and doctoral candidate in Political Science at The Graduate Center, CUNY
Her research focuses on promoting data-driven decision-making in mission-driven organizations, with expertise in labor market analysis, program evaluation, and public policy. She integrates coaching models like Co-Active® Leadership to enhance educational and nonprofit outcomes.
She has received multiple fellowships, including:
- Presidential Research Fellow (2013)
- Quantitative Reasoning Fellow (2014, 2016)
- Global Social Innovation Fellow (2015)
Kelly actively collaborates with educational institutions, nonprofits, and researchers to advance data literacy. She serves on the Borough of Manhattan Community College's technology program advisory board and has completed leadership training at Harvard Kennedy School.
