Jackie Mapulanga

Dr. Jackie Mapulanga is a Lecturer at Curtin Law School, Faculty of Business and Law, Curtin University. She teaches Health Safety and Environmental Health Law, Family Law, and Practical Consumer and Community Law.

Her research spans:

• International human rights law and food security
• Gender-based violence in religious contexts
• Refugee rights and Australia's international obligations
• Sustainable development in trade policies

She has organized the inaugural CLS Human Rights Conference 'Building a Culture of Human Rights in Legal Practice and Legal Education' and serves as WA Co-Convenor for Australian Lawyers for Human Rights.
