Jackie Glazier is an Associate Professor of Clarinet at the University of Arizona’s Fred Fox School of Music, part of the College of Fine Arts. She is a renowned clarinetist, chamber musician, and advocate for new music, performing internationally and collaborating with orchestras like the Tucson Symphony and Grammy Award-nominated True Concord Voices Orchestra. She is a member of the Arizona Wind Quintet and co-founder of the saxophone/clarinet ensemble Duo Entre-Nous, which has released albums on Parma Records.
- Education: Degrees from Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, University of Florida, and Florida State University.
Her research and performance interests focus on clarinet pedagogy, new music commissioning, and orchestral studies. She has premiered over 20 works with composers globally and recorded for Naxos, Toccata Classics, and Navona Records. Her 2019 solo album Magic Forest Scenes on Centaur Records features works by Alwyn, Bax, Bozza, and others.

Glazier is an artist for Buffet-Crampon and Vandoren, performing exclusively on their instruments. She regularly presents masterclasses at universities and has held orchestral roles with the Orlando Philharmonic and Ocala Symphony.
